Our first floor function room can cater from 10 to 120 guests in comfort. Capacity is determined by which 'mode' you choose for your function.

Theatre mode includes a stage area, and the room is always a popular venue for performers during the Fringe.

Cocktail mode requires less seating and can cater for up to 120, whilst a full sit down dinner in Banquet mode reduces capacity to 100.

Deposit  A deposit of $100 is required to secure your function booking.

Please Note:  Tentative bookings will only be kept for one week.  Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another client if confirmation is not received.

Payment.

Seperate accounts are not accepted. Full payment must be received prior to or on the conclusion of the function.  Payment methods accepted include cash, all major credit cards and company cheques.  Personal cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation.

If a booking is cancelled inside of 10 working days prior to the booking date deposits are forfeited, unless re-booked.

Licensing

Due to our licence the balcony must close and all patrons under 18 must vacate the premises at midnight.  Alcohol must not be supplied to patrons under the age of 18, and a parent or guardian must accompany them.

Conduct

A dress code does apply to Belgian Beer Café.  Dress must be neat, clean and in a good state of repair irrespective of fashion trends.  The management reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable person from Belgian Beer Café without liability.

Insurance

While we are committed to the highest level of patron care, we are not responsible for the theft, damage or loss of any goods, or insurance for any injury, damage or loss associated with any event.

Breakages

The function organiser is financially responsible for damage to plant, property and or equipment.

Food & beverage selection must be advised 5 working days prior to the function.

Final numbers must be confirmed 2 working days prior to the function date.  This number will indicate the final catering numbers and will be the minimum for which you will be charged.

While we make every effort maintain our current prices and selections, they are subject to variation in the event of unforseen circumstances.

Please advice us of any vegetarians or food allergies so we can make the appropriate arrangements to your menu.
